Why x402?
The x402 protocol brings HTTP 402 (Payment Required) to life. It's an open standard by Coinbase for machine-to-machine micropayments on Base.
Instead of API keys, your agent pays per request using USDC on Base. The payment header proves identity and authorization in a single step. No OAuth, no dashboards, no billing portals.
